This Return & Refund Policy applies only to orders placed directly through our HappySet™ website. If you purchased a HappySet™ product from Amazon or another marketplace, please follow that marketplace’s return process.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened or in original condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all included pieces, accessories, cards, and packaging materials
Because our products are party supplies intended for children’s events, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, opened for party setup, inflated, assembled, damaged by the customer, or returned with missing pieces.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened party decorations
- Inflated or used balloons
- Opened party favor items
- Products with missing pieces
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items, if marked as final sale
- Custom or personalized items, if offered
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and damaged or missing item if applicable
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
Return Shipping
HappySet™ offers free standard shipping on orders shipped to U.S. addresses.
For regular returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, defective item, or incorrect product.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled through the return process above.
Shipping Delays
If there is a major delay with your order, we will contact you with an update. If your order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will give you the option to wait for the order or cancel it for a refund.
